Front Office Manager/ Billing Coordinator

Lindsay says she “herds kittens” for a living, but some days it probably feels more like herding cats. Big cats. As front office manager, she is the liaison between doctors, practitioners, and staff, making sure all the paperwork is in place to allow patient treatment to progress. In the complicated world of medicine, that’s no small task. Lindsay also trains KPO’s admin staff, and recently was promoted to our billing coordinator. 

Originally from Portland, Lindsay moved to Idaho ten years ago, where she and her children, Chris and Shelby, have put down permanent roots in Coeur d’Alene. When not at the office, Lindsay likes to read, play board games with her family, and frequently shuttles her kids to and from activities. In the summer, you might see Lindsay riding her beach cruiser around town.
