Born in a small fishing town off the coast of Washington and raised in the Bitterroot Valley of Montana, Dan has always enjoyed being close to water and mountains. Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, is the perfect blend of both for Dan, his wife Alyssa, and their three daughters to call home. Dan graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology before earning his master’s degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics from the University of Washington. He completed both his prosthetic and orthotic residencies at the Puget Sound VA.
Outside of work, Dan and his family enjoy living in and experiencing everything the Inland Northwest has to offer. You can often find him riding local mountain bike trails, running in area races, and skiing the many nearby ski hills—often with his kids in tow. Dan is actively involved in his local church, serving as a deacon and as a member of the stewards team.

Julie was born and raised in Michigan and also spent part of her childhood in Ecuador, South America, giving her a unique blend of cultural experiences that have shaped her perspective and compassion in patient care.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Indiana Wesleyan University, where she first discovered her passion for orthotics and prosthetics. This interest led her to Century College in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, where she began her formal training in the field. She went on to complete a Master of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics at Concordia University, St. Paul. Julie completed both her prosthetic and orthotic residencies at KPO, where she continues to build her career and expand her clinical expertise.
Outside of work, Julie makes the most of the outdoor opportunities in North Idaho with her dog, Ben—hiking through forest trails, running along scenic paths, and skiing during the winter months. With a passion for travel, she’s always eager to discover new places and experience different cultures. When she's not on the move, Julie enjoys quieter moments spent reading a good book, indulging in her love for tacos, or unwinding with a great movie.

Willette has been in the field of orthotics & prosthetics for over 35 years, focusing on all areas of orthotics. She received her training & credentials in O & P from Century College in White Bear Lake, Minnesota and also received a bachelors degree in healthcare management from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
In 1985, Willette moved from Montana to Minnesota to complete her education in O & P. "I intended to be gone for only three or four years but, you know how it is, you get a great job & suddenly 15 years have flown by." That "great job" was at Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare, where she specialized in pediatric spinal orthotics. Her expertise was reflected by being asked to guest lecture & teach spinal orthotics at Century College. She has also lectured & taught in South America.
In 2000, Willette made another major move to Idaho. As a North Dakota native, she likes to joke that "it's the warmest place I've ever lived." She initially worked in Spokane, WA before joining KPO in 2008. At KPO, she treats a broad spectrum of orthotic needs.
Willette enjoys a variety of interests including music, culinary, kayaking, hiking, gardening, cross country skiing and wooden boat restoration with her other half, Duncan. She loves spending time with her family. Growing up as a middle child in a family of 15 has taught her ample lessons in tolerance & negotiating.
"Our patients motivate and inspire me," Willette says, "and give me a desire to provide them with something that will improve their quality of life, comfort, & function. I initially got into the field because the unique blend of interests & skills required attracted me. Years of working in the field have taught me that it's really all about the patients, while having the bonus of being challenging & fulfilling."

Keim has been with KPO since 1998, bringing over two decades of experience in laboratory management and a strong commitment to quality and teamwork. As Lab Manager, he ensures smooth day-to-day operations, keeps projects on track, and fosters a supportive environment where people can do their best work. Dedicated to continuous learning, Keim stays up to date with the latest techniques and advances in the field.
Originally from the Southwest, he has found a true love for the Northwest. Passionate about working with people, Keim believes that strong collaboration is the foundation of innovation and success. Outside of work, he enjoys cranking up the barbecue, spending quality time with family, and planning their next visit to the Disney parks with his wife Fay.
“I’m motivated by smiles, hard work, challenges, and helping others make each day a little better.”

As KPO's lab technician, Ethan assists in fabricating all forms of prosthetic and orthotic devices. His attention to detail and keen eye is a huge asset to our in-house fabricating team. New to the Prosthetics and Orthotic field, Ethan is always ready and willing to learn from his Manager, Keim.
Born and raised in Spokane, WA, Ethan attended Spokane Community College where he fell in love with the O & P field. He enjoys gaming in all forms, working with kids in his church's youth group, and spending time with his wife Autumn.

As Office and Billing Manager at Kootenai Prosthetics and Orthotics, Lindsay serves as the vital connection between physicians, practitioners, and staff, ensuring all documentation and insurance requirements are met so patient care can move forward without delay. She oversees medical billing, insurance payer contracting, and administrative staff training. In addition, Lindsay leads KPO’s physician outreach and marketing efforts, with a special passion for educating local physicians and their teams about prosthetic care and guiding them in helping patients navigate insurance challenges.
Originally from Portland, Oregon, Lindsay fell in love with North Idaho while attending high school in the Silver Valley in the 1990s. She returned to the area 15 years ago and has since made Coeur d’Alene her permanent home, where her now-adult children, Chris and Shelby, are also rooted. Outside of work, she enjoys walking and biking along local trails, spending time on the lake, and tending to her yard and flowers.
Lindsay finds it deeply rewarding to see patients regain their mobility and return to the activities they love, and she is proud to play a role in helping them reach those milestones.

Alexandria has had many jobs within KPO's administrative staff over the last 10+ years. Originally hired as KPO's Coeur d'Alene receptionist and administrative assistant when her other talents surfaced and she was promoted to accounts payable and receivable manager then promoted again to Controller. She is the woman behind the curtain working with everyone on staff to ensure the business is running effectively and smoothly.
The Brooklyn, New York, native does a mean Marisa Tomei impression and spends her free time bowling on a team with husband Joe, cooking and hanging out with their English Springer Spaniel fur babies, Frank and Stein.
"I enjoy working with a great group of people who are all striving to make a real difference in our patients' lives," Alex says. "Being able to see firsthand the change we make in our patients' lives makes all the hard work worth it."

Faith's smiling face is the first thing you will see when walking into the doors of KPO as the front office administrator. The organization and other skills she acquired in the Air Force make her a great asset to the administration and clinical staff. Faith’s great personality along with her ability to gather appropriate paperwork, scheduling patients and assisting Lindsay in communicating with doctors, practitioners, and staff make working with her a breeze.
Born and raised in Great Falls, Montana, her & her husband Matt are recently married and now live in Post Falls. They fell in love with the area after visiting family and enjoy golfing and traveling together. Faith actively participates in a local women's golf league, where she most recently got her first hole in one.
" I have always loved helping people, in this position I have a more hands on capacity to do so, and I can see firsthand the results of what everyone does here. It’s rewarding and heartwarming."

Brianna is our newest addition to our administrative staff and is already proving to be a great asset to the team! She was born in Everett WA and raised in Spokane Valley since she was 8 years old.
In her time outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family. That usually consists of trying to golf, going bowling, camping, or just being lazy and watching tv together.
“I’ve had many jobs over the years, but I've always excelled in the customer service world. I enjoy building a rapport with people and hearing everyone's life stories, I definitely get to experience that with our patients here at KPO. Working here has been a pleasure so far and I don't expect that to change. “
